2017 Hui Ling Technology Development Training

November 12th, 2017 is a day we deserve to be deeply impressed. We participated in the expansion training for the first time. Although we only have half a day, the inspiration and experience given by the expansion training is a permanent spiritual wealth, no matter if we In what kind of position, you can get a very useful life experience as long as you use your heart.

The whole process combines fun and interesting games with work, life and study. It not only brings us endless fun, confidence and courage, but also brings deep thinking and enlightenment to everyone... The project is inseparable from the support and encouragement of the team. Designing the team name, team call and team logo of the self team indicates that the whole process of the event cannot be separated from the wisdom and strength of the masses. 16 people were divided into 2 teams. We quickly completed the team name, team call, team logo design and captain election.

Although there is only a short half-day time, let us be hit and shocked like never before. This kind of impact and shock will remember our life! Why is it always a waste of time in our work? Why is it always not going well? why? In each project, we found the answer under the coach's point:

First, a good team should first have a good leader, a common vision of goals, and a plan to achieve common goals.

Second, a reasonable division of labor, mutual cooperation: in a team, each person only has a different division of labor, there is no distinction between the weight, each person should perform their own duties, maximize the self-extension, the problems and hidden dangers in time Propose and propose the corresponding solution so that our team will do our best! The same is true in the work: everyone in each position must cooperate with each other and work together to make the company stronger and stronger.

Third, the communication in the team is very important. Once again, let everyone feel the sincerity and comfort that there is no barrier between people, harmony, and intimacy.

Fourth, trust, a perfect word. Trusting friends and colleagues is actually giving them opportunities, because collaboration and solidarity will produce strong cohesion.

Fifth, breakthrough, in high-altitude projects,

As long as you bravely take the first step, the seemingly insurmountable difficulties will compromise you. What is in front of you is not an insurmountable cliff or cliff!

Sixth, discipline constraints: Although the activity is to expand training, but for the company organization, it is necessary to have self-discipline constraints: constraining the self, protecting the majority of people and the team

interest. There is no rule that can't be a square garden. If there is no discipline constraint in a team, you can't call it a team. It can only be a loose sand!
